********* behaviour from Parklane hospital

I had a planned c section at Parklane hospital which went well except for basically being ****** by the anaesthesiologist Dr Mabunda. He gave my husband a piece of paper to sign when I was already in theatre stating that he charges R7752. He never said he's not contracted to any medical aid, which means we had to pay from our own pocket or explained what the letter said, he just said my husband should sign. As I was already in theatre my husband had to sign. I feel like that is ********* and behaviour coming from the Dr and that the reason why he gave my husband the letter then was because there was nothing my husband could do at that point, the procedure had already started and I was sitting on the theatre bed. I am so disappointed, this is my second birth at Parklane and I would never expect such shady behaviour to happen at such an excellent private hospital.
