********* and disgusting behavior from Alberlito Hospital Trauma Unit

Netcare Alberlito Trauma Unit has no care for their patients. Staff that are on duty are hitting disorientated patients. On one occasion, a patient who was suffering from Seizures had come into the trauma resus unit via the ambulance service had been seen to Dr Raymond. The Lab was then called for bloods, Verosha, Justine and Marshnee who were on duty could not restrain the patient and after numerous attempts of trying to calm her down, the team got frustrated and started hitting the patient. After numerous times of hitting the patient, then only did the trauma team call for assistance.

It is highly disappointing to have staff like this working in a Trauma unit. It is completely disgusting and *********. People like this should not work in a unit like that.

The trauma team is rude not only on one occasion but many different occasions.

I am sure that if this was their family member, they would not appreciate such treatment.

Alberlito Hospital needs to go back and have a look at their staffing.

A hospital with a unit like this deserves NO rating as they are pathetic.
