Unbelievably ****ty medical centre

I called net care 6 times and still didn’t get assistance. If it’s not them dropping the call while I’m on the line after finally reaching someone, it’s the line dropping after ringing only four times. Isn’t this supposed to be a caring place for patients/customers? I only wanted to make a general inquiry
