Unbelievable Rudeness at Netcare Waterfall

My complaint is directed towards Netcare Waterfall Hospital. Firstly l don't think this hospital deserves a star at all. I have been to the emergency department twice in a space of 4 months and on both occasions l am left appalled by the hospital staff. On both encounters l have had to wait for 3 hours without even getting a pain****er while l wait for a single doctor to attend to me. On both occassions the staff gossips about patients in vernacular. I quote, "leave the patients like that, there is no one with a serious condition here. They have all been triaged green." And the nurse struts out with the reception staff member. On this day, after waiting for 3 hours l walk out and refuse treatment. And to my horror, they just say ok. Nobody even cares to know why. By the way l had to ask for the toilet to be cleaned.
