Unacceptable Patient Care in Unitas Hospital

My 83 your old father has been admitted to Unitas hospital three times in the past 4 months and every single time has been an absolute nightmare. Each time we were forced to go to this hospital due to the close proximity, the urgency of the situation and the fact that this is one of the Discovery supported hospitals. However, this will be the last time. The nursing staff have terrible attitudes and do not care about patient comfort at all. My dad receives the wrong food, cold food (which the staff laugh and joke about when a complaint was made) and a potato and peas as a an entire meal (?). When he asked to be turned over (after having a stroke and being physically incapable of doing it himself) he was told to do it himself. Although he is blind, the nurse walked up to him and shoved a syringe containing his daily potassium in into his mouth with no warning or indication that she was even approaching him or in the room. He does not receive his daily medication, even when asking for it. These are only some examples of what we have experienced. Although the doctors have been of a high standard, the nursing staff have no regard for patient care or well being, and this is from our experience in three different wards, with different staff.
