Unacceptable Credit Burau Listing!

I was hospitalized / admitted in January - February 2019 at Garden City Netcare. As a result they claim from my medical aid GEMS but GEMS only paid for my treatment and not for my Ward fees which came to an amount of R58747.70

When I called GEMS to enquire why they didn't pay the outstanding amount they informed me that Garden City Hospital need to look at the following and resend the claim: ICS codes Garden City used was wrong, you need to rectify it – Call GEMS for that information. 2.Update the hospital stay as GEMS only authorize in hospital stay for 28.01.2019 – 16.02.2019 3.My call reference for GEMS is MH***1 and MH***

On the other hand Garden City tells me they have used the correct ICS code so basically they playing ball-ball with me.

I got an email from Netcare informing me of the credit burau listing but thought they will not take action as I'm contacting and email them to sort out the issue. When I went on to Transunion website to check my credit score I could not believe what I saw.... Netcare listed me as default R58747.70

As a result I'm really not happy and frustrated for this unfair treatment!!! This account is now affecting my whole life and not in a good way!! How would these Service Consultants feel if this has to happen to them? As a result of their negligence my life is a mess!!!
