Umhlanga Hospital Dispensary

UMHLANGA Hospital5 stars for the ward care and staff. Minus stars for the dispensary. With 7 pharmacists apparently on duty, it took 35 mins to fill a prescription, this after the ward confirmed that the prescription was ready to be collected. Worse still, mousy little women mouth their words silently behind the pharmacy glass and I'm supposed to wait in a closed off room for someone to 'call' me when meds were ready. After much ado, when I was called it was silently from behind the glass and I would never have heard from the waiting room. This was not a busy time, there were apparently 7 pharmacists on duty and still not even an apology for the wait. Did I voice my concerns? Well, no...because the manager on duty was also not on site. Just fabulous.
