Treatment debatable

My 86 year old father has vascular dementia and was hospitalised at Olivedale High Care for 6 weeks. They only washed his hair hair twice even though our mother requested same three times, to no avail. He was sent to step down at Clayton House where they were meant to send injections from Olivedale for bone marrow treatment. This was never done. Frail care is now asking why he is not being treated. Olivedale will never see me at their facility again.
