Totally not worth it

Disturbing and dissapointing service at N1 City. The emergency unit was slow and hour later we were advised they were dealing with a contamination.

The rest of the hours were horrific as my partner was in immense pain.

The Lamba procedure took almost 5 attempts. The ward stay was another issue and in the end her sentimental watch goes missing. We call post discharge ,no one knows anything. The wstch didn't come home and all this was included on the after survey...what's the point of those? If its business as usual?
