Totally disgusting

I was in the icu after suffering a mild heart attack. A year later I got a phone call from some debts department advising me that my previous medical aid to find out why the account was not settled in full. They advised me that the hospital must resubmit the claim. I emailed some Lerato women aswell as the debt people advising them in detail how to resubmit. No came back to advise. The Lerato person sent someone in the department to sort this out. I am still getting calls now it's from a different debt place. This is so annoying first of all I did my part and clearly they don't consider that. I even told them in an email that I will be contacting my lawyers. But it did not scare them. Jeanine De abreu
