Total Disregard for Patients
Good Day
My wife is currently undergoing rehab at the Auckland Park rehab facility and I am thus far not very satisfied with the attitude of the sisters who assist her. There is a total disregard for safety when it comes to medication as they leave packets of meds open right next to my wife at times and I am afraid that she is self medicating.
I have also on numerous time requested for the volume on the TV be sorted but this has now gone unnoticed for 1 week. The nurses just carry on there normal duties and at times are louder than the visitors. My wife has to beg for service and they feel they are doing her a favor when she needs anything. They do not greet and this is not what I expect from a Netcare Facility.
Mrs Tait is in the Faith Ward at Auckland Park. Please can I ask that this be attended to asap.
