Threatened with legal action over complaints of service

I complained with The Client Liaison Officer Phumudzo Kone at Garden City, and she was unwilling to listen to my complaints, instead when I indicated that I would go to social media around. My issue, she states that they will take legal action against me, how arrogant of this person. This need to be addressed, and you are welcome to take legal action, let’s see how far you get
