This places is terrible

I am absolutely appalled by the shocking experience we had at your facility. An 82-year-old woman—my grandmother—was fed with a syringe what appeared to be mold-contaminated. This is not only disgusting, but a clear violation of basic health, safety, and human dignity standards.

To make matters worse, car guards lets normal vehicles park in designated wheelchair bays—spaces that are meant to support those with mobility challenges, not to be exploited for personal gain.

This level of negligence and disregard for vulnerable individuals is disgraceful and completely unacceptable.
