Think this is a setup to pay a doctor bill.

So i rush my dad Sunday the 12 Nov to netcare kuilsriver im not medical aid so paying cash.but they told me it be 1000 for the doctor alone and 2000 for hospital i then agreed, but she said afterwards whatever the doctor do like bloods and xray is separated cost,so we as family decided to taking him to tygerberg hospital coz it to expensive.they told me they just going to take he's vitals then we can go with NO cost.But doctor come in an spoke to me then i had to sign a release form something like that .i know they going to bill me coz in 2016 i take daughter to c doctor cost R800 i told them it fine ill take her to tygerberg.they said we just goin to take her vitals an doctor just what to c her before i take her to tygerberg, doctor not going to bill u month later i get a bill R800 an lawyer letter. is this how they get people to pay a bill even though the doctor didnt really c the patient. why do the doctor what to talk when i told them im taking my dad to tygerberg.
