They don't know what they are doing.

I am so not impressed with Netcare Krugersdorp processes. It is surprisingly scary to realise that everyone does as they wish or one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. My girlfriend is pregnant and we have been going to our regular scans until the Gynaecologist advised us to book the bed. She advised that it was not a must to do a 4d scan which we understood. We were told that we need to go to Netcare Krugersdorp reception with R500 cash bor the booking of the bed which was not a problem. We visited the hospital, right at the front desk there was a gentleman who told us that we have to go back and do the whole booking process online. We did exactly that but there was only an option for admission not labor ward. There was no option to pay the R500 either. We decided to leave a message to some complaint department and guess what. They called us today and told us that what the man did was utter b...l****. They told us we have to go back there and pay the R500 which apparently also includes the 4d scan. From the 4d scan not compulsory to 4d scan included on the booking fee this is misinformation which contradict one's plan.
