Theft of property.

Was admitted at Milpark Netcare Hospital for 10 days, on the day of my discharge my R3000 worth of Nike Jordans sneakers were missing. The admitting nurse of the day shift and the night nurse who took over confirmed seeing them. The nurse from casualty who took me to the ward forgot my sneakers at casualty and she in person told me she saw them and forgot to bring them to my ward as a result they went missing. She omitted taking them pictures as my belongings and was negligent with my property. The hospital is refusing to take liability saying i am responsible for my belongings which they omitted taking pictures as per the hospital policy. I will be opening a case of theft.
