The worst hospital ever

Hello Peter my name is Boitshepo Kgare and I am deeply disgusted and disappointed about the laziness and the level of incompetence at pinehaven hospital. My youngest sister got admitted at this hospital on the 23rd of May 2022 for a c-section and the minute we got there we realized that there was no sanitizer in the ward and we humbly asked the nurses for a refill and believe me when I say they never made a refill till my sister was discharged. The nurses were not attentive at all, I had to go to the hospital every day just to make sure my sister was taken care of and every morning when I got there I found her with breakfast of burnt toast next to her. The day she got discharged we had to wait at the pharmacy for more than 30min to get help till we decided to go and get her medicine at clicks. To top it all we had to go to kgugersdorp home affairs to get the baby's birth certificate because they don't have home affairs officials at their hospital, at that time my sister couldn't even walk because of the surgery. This is by far the worst hospital in the Netcare network. Honestly if I was on my dying bed and Pinehaven was my only option, I would opt to die in peace instead of being admitted to that hospital.
