The hospital actually doesn't deserve any star
<p>Am an oncology patient for the Garden City netcare hospital, and with every cycle the standard detoriorates. For us chemo patients we are supposed to be on isolation to limit risks of infections. However student nurses are assigned to us (who by the way have very little know if any at a abt oncology and neutropenic patients). The ward conditions are nt tht different frm Bara when it comes to cleanliness. We have been raising our concerns bt they seem to be falling on deaf ears as management doesn't even come to hear us out. How do I get such treatment after paying the huge amount to the hospital. Worse now they run out of dishes and cutlery which means patients getting food late. Am very disappointed.</p> <p>please keep me as anonymous. </p>
