The Emergency ward Dr's are a ****

involved in a horrific accident on the 28th January 2023 where 3 of my friends died and 4 were crippled fortunately for me I had soft tissue injuries but CAT & XRAY SCANS were done and was discharged later on the same day (I had 2 pay r1760 as the Dr's from Unitas advised their not contracted with discovery and discovery will then reimburse me) went back 2days later as my shoulder blades and neck were stiff (couldn't move) they charged me r770 which didn't make sense as they discharged me claiming I had soft tissue injuries fast forward when I claim my money from discovery I was told I need to ask Unitas hospital for a motivation letter to prove I was hospitalized due to Motor Vehicle accident so they can change the Authorization code and use my hospital benefits (as they exhausted my MSA) called Unitas and they advise I must pay another r660 for the motivation letter (which doesn't make sense as I've paid r3300 towards my medical aid and r1760 and r770 now I'm expected to pay r660 for a motivation letter that could have been acquired on the 29th or 2days after when I went for my neck and shoulders,... Now the Radiologist department of the same hospital is busy harassing me while they're aware I came in an ambulance on the 29th even worse the lady by the name lizel called my around the 15/16th February I explained everything and she advised let's log on to the discovery website which h was down as usual she then said it's fine she will get the medical report from Unitas and call discovery to ammend the Authorization Codes so they can use my hospital benefits however she only sent me an email with the statement that I owe them and today another lady from her office answers when I was following up as I received a message to pay them asked for lizel as I didn't want to re explain my self again Lizel advises I'm the one who is supposed to ask for the Medical Report (I reminded her of our previous conversation and told her she and her company are not transparent nor are they trustworthy let alone carrying out thier business without integrity as she promised me 1 thing and did the other) Discovery also sent me an email that I owe them r5000 of which thier the ones who must change the Authorization codes to hospital benefits as I was there due to a Motor vehicle accident a horrific one I might add So Word to the blacks and wise discovery doesn't have the best interest at heart when it comes to US people of color, I bet if it was Mr Van niekerk or Van der Merwe this bull wouldn't be happening and I don't even want to start with my fellow blacks that work in thier call Centres we know we working to improve our situations at home or wherever your loyalties lie but yall don't know what you're doing or saying most of the time as one would swear you don't have medical aids
