THE BEST SERVICE

<p>On the 15th of March, my husband and i took our 2 year old son to Netcare Olivedale. My son's vitals were taken by a nurse(male) and we were then told to wait in one of the emergency rooms. 5min later a nurse(female) came and told us unfortunately the doctor is busy with an emergency there is another doctor coming in for his shift in 20min. my husband was very angry and ready to leave, we had to make adecision fast as it was traffic peak time. just as we were about to leave and go to another hospital, another nurse(male) came in and advised that he will speak to the hospital manager. the hospital manager her name is Sister Kay, came and took charge of the situation i believe she saved my son's life as his temperature was very high and she told the nurse to administer medication and try to bring the temperature down. by the time the doctor came was son's condition was stablized. thank you so much sister Kay you are truly an asset to Netcare Olivedale</p>
