Thank-you to ER24 and the emergency section of Netcare Blaauwberg hospital!

My elderly mom had a fall and broke her ankle, at home, in the early hours of Saturday morning. My dad called the emergency section of Netcare Blaauwberg, who soon had everything under control. When the ER24 team arrived to fetch her, she was shaken up but they were absolutely fantastic and soon had her feeling relaxed and confident that she was in good hands. My mom has been treated with kindness from the moment she arrived at the emergency section of the hospital. She may have to stay there for a few days until the swelling has gone down before her ankle can be operated on but isn't concerned because she has been made to feel so comfortable by all the staff.
