My mother received excellent service when I took her to casualty this afternoon. Covid protocol was followed, the place wasn't overcrowded and we received help immediately as we arrived. The security guard was very polite and helpful and so were the rest of the staff. They greeted us with smiles and were willing to help at any moment. Lucrecia, Daphne and the lady by reception are the nurses I remember but honestly they were all amazing. Please keep up the good work. My mother looks and feels a lot better than when she arrived.
