I would like to compliment Linda and Given from Netcare 911 on their great service. We had a medical emergency at our house in Pretoria East on the 15th of April. They were very prompt (the ambulance took 20min to arrive after our call, all the way from Unitas hospital!), they were very professional but most importantly they were so compassionate towards the patient.
