I would like to compliment Agness for the wonderful service that she renders to me whenever I bring my babies for Immunization.

The first time I met Agness at Storknest, I was so pleased with the way she explained to me about the procedure she was following. She was very clear and it put my mind at ease. She always makes follow up on appointments if there is any rescheduling. Indeed her service is commendable.

Last week, I brought my children on the 9 th of November for immunisation and unfortunately, one child was not well as she had rush on her body and Agness went an extra mile to make an appointment with our paediatrician and called to make follow up with me as to how the baby was afterwards. That humbled me.

I really appreciate her service.
