To Dr JJ Patel and his brilliant, superb, wonderful, ever so helpful, brilliant and competent staff, well done. Im so impressed with the manner, respect and integrity you afford to all patients. I will be going to all social media to tell everyone about the excellent manner in which patients are attended to. On 03 March 2015, Dr Patel treated my mu, blood tests were ordered by the treating Dr and same was done. The results were sent back to Dr Patel's offce & guess what to date, Dr Patel, neither his staff has contacted my mum, despite numerous telephonic requests to Dr Patel & his staff. Oh wait the cherry on the top Dr Patel still has not forwarded the script that is need for medication for my mums medication. Thanks Dr Patel, your shining example of private medical care is noted.<br> <br> Wow its amazing and mind blowing that a medical practitioner in this day and age would treat a patient in such a manner. Even after calling Dr Patels office and being promised by Brenda that she would get Mr Ravi Pillay to contact me and then I get a call from Sarah, arrogant, rude, and ***********, whom thinks she is the CEO of the Netcare Group, Sarah blatantly lies to evade the questions posed....
