Terrible unhuman service

I've been to the ER 3 times in a week feeling really ill doctors and nurses couldn't care they are more concerned about medical aid than anything else, I'm still not well and all the nurse can say it could be anxiety lol, Netcare very poor service you wait for hours to see a doctor and then no blood was taken or diagnoses, they are quick to send you home with meds
