Terrible Service Netcare Waterfall Hospital
<p>One of the worse treatment I've ever had to endure was insults from Sharon Naicker and Lisa De Vos in Debengeni Falls Ward. Courtersy to be consistent and ensure that upfront hospital visiting procedure is known would have been better than for Sharon to parade her staff insulting them and disturbing other patients just to make a point. I don't know how ward managers are picked but professionalism lacks entirely in this particular Sharon person. If they still keep such people there ... I strongly suggest going for conflict resolution and emotional intelligence classes.</p>
Noticed that because of hospital visiting hours that don't care much for patients... now patiences are coming out of the ward... really Sharon Naicker REALLY!!!! NET CARE Shocking staff.
