Terrible service Netcare Garden City Hospital
The service at Netcare Garden city is terrible. My wife Sameera Essop was admitted on Friday to section five. Everyday she has had terrible service. Food served late, medication not given to her. The leader Prascila was adamant they gave my wife meds yet nothing was given to her. I mean we pay big amounts for medical aid through Discovery for this. Might as well move her to a government hospital coz that’s the type of service they providing. My wife has asked to speak to a matron, till this day from Friday no one has seen her. Today she was coughing blood coz the meds were given late but no one is doing anything about the service. This is really appalling.

28 Jun 2021, 21:37To add to the frustration . My wife hasn’t received her medication the entire day which is nexiam for her ulcers and she is in severe pain with the rest of the meds. The matron confirmed with me on the night shift now that the service is really bad and she also can’t understand what is happening. The service is really appalling that the matron can’t also resolve. Shocking to say the least ......
