Terrible Service Netcare Garden City Casualty

I accompnied my husband to remove his plaster on the 14th November. When we got to the POP room, we were advised to get a file containing my husbands details. When I got to casuality, it was relatively quite. I spoke to Ms Modise and asked for her assistance, without even a glance at me, she ordered me to have a seat. I was sitting there for 15 minutes without her offering to assist me. She left, I'm not sure where to. I then spoke to her collegue, Jarmaine, he looked busy but at the sight of me, he put his pen down and gave me his full attention. He helped me in less than 3 minutes. I was very hurt and disappointed by Ms Modise's treatment towards me. It wouldn't have cost her a thing to tell me that she cannot help as she is busy with something else, but will do so later.

I have come to see Garden City as my 2nd home as my son was born there but this rate of service leaves a lot to be desired.
