Terrible service from staff

I brought my son to the hospital for stitches as he was bitten by a dog on his top lip. When all was done, I kept communicating with Christopher, one of the clerks who then wrote down the amount I had to pay, Ive no medical aid, I paid for the procedure cash R900 for the Doctor and R1105 for the hospital. I was then given a follow up date, for the vaccination, which my son couldn't have as it was R600 per injection. We left and returned to be told we had to pay R575 and a separate fee for the Doctor to remove stitches. We left to find a different alternative to have the stitches removed. Weeks later, I receive an email from another rude clerk, Margie Swart who kept insisting I owed money, she was harassing me with emails. I still refuse to pay for something I was not told upfront about. I dont even know what Im being charged for now. I have the receipts with the money I paid reflecting on them which is what was charged. Over and above, I am utterly appalled by the treatment I received from Margie Swart she was so rude. My experience in the hospital has never been good. I always leave the hospital to be told theres more money I owe. When I had the medical aid, a Doctor there left a claim to be stale, the medical aid refused to pay then demanded the money from me whilst claiming for the same procedure twice, because he didnt do the right thing the first time.
