Terrible service from doctor and the union hopital.

In April 2019 my wife was rushed to Union hospital due to her collaping of her sickness, which is Addison and Hashimotor desease. When we got to the hospital she was admmited to ER. The doctor and nurses were explian about her condition . Sad to say every nurse in the ER did not know what a medical bracelet was. When i told them what was her sickness , not a single nurse knew what sickness she had. I told them check her mendical bracelet and call in for help. The nurses did not know what a medical bracelet was and what to do with it. Point 2 ,after my wife gained conscious she inform myself and the nurses in Er that something is wrong and she cannot move her body from the neck below. The treating doctor, Dr Peya was inform about her conditon. the doctor did all her test while she was in hospital for that 4/5 days and she came back to myself and the wife and told us that according to her and all the tests she did , their is nothing medically wrong with my wife and she cant see why my wife cant move her body from the neck below. shee said that my wife has got a mentle problem and that its all in the head that she can not move and she recommend my wife to see a psychiatrist. While she stayed at the union hospital Dr Peya instructed all the nurses not assist her to do anything ( like , feeding her or taking her to the bathroom) because the patient need to do all of this by herself. My wife being paralized was not fed or assisted to the bathroom. A male nurse gave her a bed bath everyday while she was there even after asking for a female nurse to to be sent to her to give her a bed bath.While she was there her drip was also inserted incorrectly. On the friday we complian from 7am until 13:00 hours for someone to please fix her drip but not a single nurse or doctor helped us. alll they kept saying is that they are busy and that they will come when they are free. eventually i removed the drip at 13;00 hours, because her hand was too swallon..They nurses and dr peya was rude throughout the entire time that my wife stayed at the Union hospital, finnally on that friday at aroud 13;30 i request for a ambulance and had my wife moved to another hospital. I complianed to the compalins department at the union and Nedcare life head office but nothing was done about it. After my wife went to marlbarton hospital, within 24 hours, the fault of her being paralized was found and the next day she went for a spinal operation oon her neck two hours after the operation she was able to move. This Dr Peya and the Union hospital put my wife, myself and my kids through hell. All the emotional pain and suffering. Dr Peya said take her home cause there is nothing that she can do for her medically. so starnge that another hospital found the problem and fixed , when the union hospital and its doctors said there nothing wrong the patient has a mental problem.
