TERRIBLE SERVICE AT GARDEN CITY HOSPITAL

Netcare Garden city is like a public hospital there service is slow and terrible they take hours to decide whether they going to admit you or not and when they do the nurses shouts at you in ward cause the nurse sent you up to a ward , there after the chemist takes there time to get your medication to the ward they put you in a ward with different patients the nurses are not the same like before they had to many patients and most of the nurses was on leave , there was old lady that needed to checked up on as she required a bed pan the nurses was not around mxm I was admitted yet they never advised me at the time of an copayment how do I have access to emails at such a time could they not verbally not tell me now they expecting me to pay the copayment they never advised me about and after having such a horrible experience this is the Cherry on the top I will admit that doctors who attended to me was fine there was no problem but as for the nurses the chemist and stay it was horrible now with this bill its terrible I will never advise anyone to go to garden city hospital I use to always use the hospital now I will never advise anyone
