Terrible Service at Emergency Section
I went to Mulbarton Hospital Emergency on14th Feb, the reason being I could not urinate and I'm in terrible pain. After the screening test, I was then lead inside the emergency area and told to wait. After 20 minutes of waiting, standing and sitting trying to alleviate the pain I eventually spoke to a nurse asking her if this is the Emergency Section, been waiting 20 minutes with excruciating pain. She tried to see what she can do, awhile later I was called in. Probably about 10 minutes later the doctor came, very nice, then proceed to insert the catheter, once done it was left with the nurse to add the urine bag. After attaching the urine bag it seems like it's leaking just above the outlet valve, damage control by using cello tape. It seem to stop, I then ask why they not replacing the bag, the reply was that was the last one and its a Sunday. Really at an Emergency Section what will happen the next person need one. After I went home I put the urine bag into another plastic bag and then the whole lot into a bucket. luckily I did that because it was leaking. So now I'm sitting with a leaking bag until I visit my Urologist.
