Terrible service

I was admitted on Wednesday and service from Nurse is terrible bad very disgusting. You ask for assistance they take hours to come yet you are in pain. The Bay Hospital: write now I'm in bad and ask for some pain killers or anything as I'm feeling some pain it was 11h55 until now 12h30 nothing has came. The nurse just respond ok, but I'm not too sure if they are forgetful or they are ********. I don't even want to go to colour because they will seem I'm ****** but if they are white patients in the surgical room we see everyone's presence and we recommend the service as they left the service just fall from 100 to 0. It is absolutely bad, I am ringing the bell for the second time as no is taking care of me. After this will ask the manager
