Terrible Service
After receiving the worst medical treatment at Unitas Hospital, I realised that I was charged private rates instead of medical aid rates. I have been trying to sort this out since the beginning of February. After numerous failed attempts, phone calls and rude staff I still have not managed to sort out my problem.
