Terrible hospital care in ward forest falls at Waterfall City Hospital

My mother's stay was terrible in the forest falls wards at Waterfall City Hospital. She was not changed or just being attended to from 6pm 18 March to 6am 19 March, swimming in urine as she was not mobile after a knee replacement procedure. I am very disgusted and disappointed at Waterfallcity hospital's service. After paying a hefty cash amount of R137 000 this is the service we got, exactly or worse than a public hospital. Mum has bed sores now, she was discharged on 19 March and we were more than happy to take her home away from all this horror of a hospital I will never trust the hospital anymore....
