Terrible experience at Netcare Parklane hospital

Terrible experience at Netcare Parklane Hospital. Was due for an operation, My doctor and I waited and waited for me to be taken to theatre from the prep/waiting room. After a while of waiting, I actually walked myself into theatre, only to find that the people who were supposed to take me to theatre were all just sitting at the tea room/kitchen.
