Terrible experience at Milpark Hospital

Still awaiting feedback from Milpark since the 10th March 2021. Not even an update if their investigation is taking much longer than anticipated, whilst I am suffering with my tummy let alone trying to get my BP stable? I await specimen results of what was found in my food; feedback on stat machine if they are in fact working considering what I have proven; why no ID bands on admission and the risk we as patients bear when we need to be mobile? Received a reference RE: Acknowledgement of receipt - Item NTC*** and nothing further all but one telephone call? I see these complaints as very serious not sure you do as management? All this left is my doctors thinking I am just a crazy person complaining of a runny tummy and high BP; this needs to be corrected by Milpark hospital. I am awaiting feedback as I am desperately needing to see one of these doctors but too afraid since there was an impression on none believe -:) Sadly....
