Tepid to lukewarm water now just plain cold.

Been complaining about the shower water for 5 days, it's lukewarm. Been told it's an old problem, to run the water for 20 MINUTES and it will warm up to no avail. Today water is just to cold to try and shower with. Been asking for hours for someone to find a hot shower anywhere in the hospital. Told at 10pm tonight that there is no hot water anywhere in the hospital. Had to make do with a bowl of water from the kitchen to wash with. An acute problem would be understandable but sorry this is shocking care. The poor ward staff are bearing the brunt of something they have no control over. Shame on you Netcare!
