Tax free account cancellation of staff member

I am a staff member who was debited an amount of +/-R2600 via payroll for a tax free savings account that is allegedly held by Alexander Forbes. I have been sent from pillar to post by both institutions as they do not know where the money went by surprisingly it went through via payroll. Eventually I was given forms to complete for cancellation and withdrawal on the 9 March 2022 and till this day I have not received any acknowledgment that form have been received and funds will be released on this date and that no further deductions will be done via payroll. This matter needs to be urgently attended too as I feel de*****ed and no one within the institution can help me.
