Sunwardpark Netcare Hospital rude and unfriendly staff at xray department.

We have been at Sunwardpark Hospital a few times this past few months and experienced the same rude and unfriendly staff at the xray department every single time such so that it makes you i feel uncomfortable just being there. Then on top of it all they have no respect for patients as they talk and laugh so loud as if they are only ones there. Seems like small little kids having a tea party whereas it is suppose to be caring and friendly for sick people to feel welcome and relaxed. I have been there more than 6 times with my father and experienced the same situation every single time nevermind the waiting period atleast 1 hour for the reports alone. Seems like this is the practice at this hospital because then I had to make an appointment at Dr Schutte and the receptionist was so rude and unhelpful I was shocked to be exact she stated "Can I help you??? Where did yoi google us??? My Dr is a surgeon and overseas go back to your Dr and ask for another Dr. This is the utmost horror experience I ever had and this being at a Private Medical hospital.!!!
