Sunward park Hospital Pharmacy carelessness

I went to Sunward Park hospital Pharmacy to get my prescription medication prescribed my gynaecologist. The pharmacist incorrectly labelled my medication, after he was made aware that I'm pregnant. This resulted in me taking the incorrect dosage, over dosing on the one medication and taking less on the other. Luckily I discovered this a day and half later when I had to take my medication at night, in panic I called my doctor (GP) which advised that I come and see him the following day. This causing more medical bills as I was now charged doctor consultation fee to check if all was good with me and the baby.

This careless irresponsible act could be fatal to my unborn child, if the medication was strong.

I complained and the pharmacy said that after my doctor's consultation they will follow up with me, and still nothing till today.
