Sunward hospital

I have received the most heart breaking service from the afternoon shift Meds were not administered and I have been in excruciating pain even after doctors orders. The nurses decided they will not come to my aid as they were busy from the beginning of their shift to knock off time. Recommendations from doctor were not followed and I am still in pain thereafter I must pay each and every cent they will charge no recourse to my pain and suffering... I'm very disappointed can someone please help me
