Sunninghill pathetic

Dealing with Sunninghill Hospital Accounts department is basically non existent. I have still not been able to obtain a hospital statement after being 'connected' to various numbers. No one is interested in actually picking up their phone and doing the job they are being paid for. It is unprofessional and unacceptable to hold on for over 20min at a time without someone answering the phone. I have been given numerous numbers and phoned all of those numbers and not one of them were answered. If they cannot do admin, how will they look after your medical conditions.
