Sunninghill netcare is disgusting

I tool my sick baby to sunninghill netcare. I waited for over 4 hours at casualty waiting for admission. I had to ask the nurses what going and they kept saying 30 minutes . This went on for over 2 hours. Worse I had to be the one asking them, they don't even bother to update. My baby in agony, no care from the staff.
