Sunninghill Hospital Poor service

This is a review on Sunninghill Hospital.

My sister made a 14k + payment for an outstanding account with Rand Hospital which is now closed down and had to pay through Sunninghill Hospital when she requested a paid up letter she was told that it is not the account listed on her judgement and need to make another 12k + amount. She has been sending tons of emails to a person call Noxolo Musi who has been promising to speak to her supervisor Yvonne Govendor to query on the paid up letter she needs indicating the correct reference from March 8th. Its is disappointing how Sunninghill Hospital deals with people and their lack of competence and care. She is requesting a paid up letter with the correct reference and instead is being ignored or told that they must wait for the Supervisors feedback for close to 2 months. This is reflecting poor service from this hospital and they are inconsiderate.
