Student nursing staff who can't even write!

For the second time at Olivedale, only because my surgeon is based at the hospital, and I happen to live across the road. I was again under the mercy of a student nurse, she took 3 hours to complete the forms because she could barely write, I had to google my operation for her, and still after the 3 hours her forms had to be corrected by another staff member. I was given my premed at 10am and by 5pm I was still waiting to go to surgery. I elected there and then to discharge myself and I left and am now going to Sandton Clinic which I have heard great reports about. THIS IS A PRIVATE HOSPITAL, get your act together Netcare. And just for the record my mother passed away in your hospital in 2005 due to negligence. <br> <br> Don't bother giving your standard automated response about how you will get management to look into the matter, and why bother sending surveys out after a hospital stay as well if nothing is done with the information? Have a look at your complaints on this site and do something about your service.<br> <br> Totally disgusted.<br>
