STINKING ATTITUDE OF PARKLANR DAY DUTY NURSES ON 17.02.2017
My worst NIGHTMARE started at night with Sr Noria's shift when I was refused my radiology reports and nasty my morning meds-Zuvamor was not ordered. In the morning after breakfast I requested for my meds, the assistant nurse never returned. The same happened when I asked my meds from the 2nd nurse. After an hour an EN Nora Mgaga came to give me half an hour story why I didn't get my meds. At morning visiting your ALL NURSES were at nurses station and I told the I'm going to sit outside with my daughter and 3 month old grandchild. At 12:30on when I returned my bed was stripped. Radiology envelopes taken away. Upon doing the Sr in charge Skhulile Dube didn't care to assist or move her behind from the chair. At Parklane you'll experience first hand what is called "nursing home to the dogs". All of these nurses that were on duty in 17 Feb 2018 should be struck of the roll. I spent 3 hours sitting on the chair with my backache as my bed was stripped and NO ONE CARED to come and make the bed whilst waiting for the Dr to make rounds and by this time all I wanted was to be discharged. I use to hear people saying that BCUR or D4 Comprehensive trained nurses respwcts their jobs cause they know what it is like to train for 4 years I believe them now, cause only ENs and Assistant Nurses with 1 barless RN who was ruthlessly useless were on duty. I will NEVER recommend anyone to be admitted to Medical Ward Parklane. I'm going to write to Netcare HO and Hospital Manager. They even told the kitchen staff NOT to leave me lunch as I was discharged. Meaning they don't care or know what's is going on in the ward. I NEVER had any vitals done until now at 13:30 and I'm still sitting in the chair as the bed is stripped waiting for a hopeful discharge. BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH WARD 6 NYRSIBG SERVICE.
