Still waiting for X-Ray results after 5 days!

I visited Linksfield Netcare Hospital on 22/01/2025 following a knee injury for X-rays using my medical aid. I see this morning that the medical aid has deducted for the X-rays but i still do not have my results from the hospital. I was told that the results would be sent the same day on 22/01/2025. At the writing of this report, i still did not have my X-rays. What kind of service is this?. I had called and sent an email
