Stienie Van Den Berg does not respond to Emails-Bad for Netcare

Good day I have never seen such degree of unprofessionalism displayed by some staff from this hospital especially when ut comes to responding to email. I have been sending emails for my refund to Stienie Van Den Berg. This person does not respond to emails, i do not know how do they deal with customers. I am very ****ed off by such behaviour. People should know that they respond to emails when they read them. You will lose business by employing such people. I need my refund but i dont know whether he got my documents or not because of non response
